i can't play this game .After opening the game, it cannot run normally. The frame rate is too low, and it is very laggy, whether on the main interface or in-game.
These issues have nothing to do with my computer configuration; other games run smoothly.

It's great to hear your system is running smoothly with other games. Something potentially conflicting with Apex and causing it to run poorly doesn't mean something's wrong with your setup, but it does mean there's something unique about your situation and how that's interacting with the game - otherwise every other player would be running into the same thing as well, which isn't the case.
Have you tried any particular troubleshooting steps so far? I don't want to suggest things you've already done, but there are a number of steps we can check to try and improve this for you.
If you're able to grab a Dxdiag and attach that as well, that will also give us a great deal more visibility into what you're running so we can see what else could potentially be contributing to this issue. Other games cover an incredibly wide range, so being able to run Apex smoothly is not the same as running Among Us smoothly, which is not the same as running Cyberpunk 2077 smoothly, etc.
