Code net

I have been getting the same code error for the past 3 months, code net,code leaf,etc. I have lost countless amount of rp and all the money I spent on the game was a waste because most of the time I cant play. I have tried everything that ea tells you to do, tried using a lan connection, worked for a week but then it got worse, I tried resetting the game, didn't work, restarting my console, didn't work. I want to be able to play again and to use the skins that I bought, I spent around 150 dollars last season but now i regret it because the items that i bought with that money dont even work.I am furious because i have seen that person's had the same issue as me and they got compensated while I'm left with a broken game, and. A waste of money.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I know these errors can be very frustrating. I'd like to go through some troubleshooting to see if we can find out what's going on. You mention switching to a wired connection and having it work for a week. Are you still on a wired connection or did you go back to wireless?

Also, have you tried using alternate DNS settings? It looks like you play on PS4. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

I also get a "code net" every game. It also happens in the lobbies. I use my phones hotspot. But i know it isnt a internet issue since i should have 50mbps of speed. Please help me.

Most likely, this is due to playing over a hotspot. Can you switch to your home network? Preferably, wired. Lag and disconnects will happen far more frequently over wireless connections and hotspots.
