CODE:TAP

Ive played over 2 months now with constant problems. ive tried everything in between the moon and sun. no fixes helps.  everytime i load in to a game and the loading screen is black i get code:tap

i cant queue with friends cause then i get kicked and they play alone. so im completely lost none of the fixes works and im getting so frustrated cause i want to play apex without problems

please reply if u have found a fix for something similar.
