Code snake

Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to play? 

@EA_KentFacing this issue right now as well. Only happened once yesterday as a one of, but today I've been trying to play for 20mins, it either puts me in a game solo, or freezes out at the 'Your Squad' screen.
Force closing the game and restarting at this point gives a code-snake error.

The freezing issue that you mentioned is something we're working on fixing. It sounds like the code😕nake error was coming up because the freezes probably triggered a temporary matchmaking penalty. 

Have you tried logging in recently after you posted this? Are you still getting the same error? 

@EA_Kent This exact thing is happening to me In Ranked Arenas. I was playin ranked and I had just hit a beautiful 1v3 and won but my game lagged near the end I then celebrated too early to then see that My game froze then booted me out. I originally got the Code: Shoe which I used to get on my console a lot before I went to PC and got better WIFI. I loaded in assuming I would just return to the match as usual just for the Code: Snake screen to pop up... I selected ok to move on and was hit with a 10 minute abandon penalty. This has happened I think 5 times today and I had to stop playing ranked arenas and play normal arenas instead because of this, which brings up a new question. Why is this only in Ranked? Like Shouldn't the Code: Shoe not trigger Code: Snake???

I'm having this same problem. I've been banned out of the blue and I'm a trash player. I've appeal 4 times and just get auto responses. There's nothing in my ban history. I don't know how long the ban is for or why I was targeted. No one is helping me when I contact the terms of service department. WHY?

Which platform are you playing on? 

I’m also getting this code snake ban and have no idea why can’t even play the game cause I’m too scared I’ll get a perma ban and I’ve spent money on the game so I’d rather not risk losing my account when it actually has money invested into it
