Code wheel & freeze Apex Legends on PS4

So I on my PS4 I have been experiencing crashes/freezes/code:wheel. I installed the Update Version 1.49 (the Update that came last week) and since then everytime when I get into a match and shortly after landing the audio goes partly or completely missing. Then freeze. Sometimes the error code:wheel is shown to me. Sometimes it doesn’t stop the freeze so I close the application and then the error code CE-34878-0 is shown to me. Other applications work. One time it froze at the legend selection. What I did: Rebuild the database, deleted saved data, reset to default settings, restarted the router, tried another server (I tried Amsterdam in stead of Frankfurt 1 or 2), In coming voice chat to text is turned off, I deleted and reinstalled the game, cleared my friend request page, my PS4 has the latest Software update installed. I turned off crossplay but apparently I am the only one looking for a PS4 only match. I deleted some applications. I turned off my PS4, pulled out the power cable, put it back in and turned on my PS4. I had a similar issue with Apex last year. I had to send my PS4 away to a repair station by PlayStation. After a month and without telling me anywhere what the actual problem was, they sent me another PS4 and now this is happening again. I‘m not sending my PS4 in again. Maybe, this gets fixed with the season 7 update...
