Game closes without any error notification

I've been playing without any issues until the new update where the map Storm Point was added. I was able to play for an hour straight earlier on the map Broken Moon. However, whenever the map Storm Point came, my game closes on its own. When I opened it again for several times, it just closes whenever I get to the lobby. I've tried restarting, clearing cache, and repair on the EA App, but I still face the same issue. How do I fix?
