Hi @Oni_Wolf454,
Let's try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the error messages you've been seeing. When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps.
If you're still running into any issues after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

@EA_Kent I have previously ran through those options as well as tried them recently just yesterday i factory reset my ps4 and router and still i am unable to consistently play a game if i do load in its really lagging and soon after i get kicked...... On that note i have even upgraded my internet to see if it was my connection but apex is the only game that does this i have also tried switching servers but t has the same outcome Code:Shoe everytime even if i try on another account it has the same affect i am truly at a loss of what else to do you are the first person to reply after 6 weeks so i am grateful for the reply but the trouble shooting that i can do has already been done i just want to be past this it has slowly turned me sour towards apex the lack of solutions and help from EA and Respawn So ultimately what it boils down to is ive done everything there is to try and i need yall to step in cause nothing is working ...... Again i truly thank you for replying and attempting to aid me nice to know that some people wont leave you out to dry when there is nothing else you can do please let me know if you need any info i have i will try to do as much as i can!!!
Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks! I appreciate the additional details.
Did you also have a chance to try setting a different DNS on your PS4 as well? I've seen cases in the past where changing the DNS can help with similar issues. You can update the DNS on your PS4 using the steps below:- Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network
- Select Set Up Internet Connection
- Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your console is connected to the internet
- Select Custom
- Choose Automatic under IP Address Settings
- Choose Do Not Specify under DHCP Host Name
- Select Manual under DNS Settings
- Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
- Select Next
- Choose Automatic under MTU Settings
- Select Do Not Use under Proxy Server
- Select Test Internet Connection to confirm the changes and make sure you can connect.
Let me know if you're still running into that same error message afterward. Thanks!
