Code:Snake Banned with no reason

In this case you'd still need to reach out to our Terms of Service team to have them take a look at this further.

Okay, didn't play this game for maybe 6 month, come back play 1 or 2 games, try to login again today error code : SNAKE. Fine try to login back without a problem, search for a game and bam : client's game banned. Hum is that an error or something ? Like is that a perma ban?
