While I can definitely appreciate you sticking up for your fellow players and just wanting to make sure everyone's treated fairly, I'm afraid you don't have the information necessary to determine how someone else is playing the game and whether or not anyone else has violated the Terms of Service.
The only ones with that information would be the individuals themselves and the Terms of Service team, which is why these situations need to be handled with appeals directly from any affected players so our ToS team can look through the account and see what happened. If it ever turns out that they're seeing a group of actions being applied incorrectly, that's absolutely something that gets passed back along to be checked and corrected. Thanks for wanting to make sure everyone's getting a fair shot here.

If you're seeing a ban message in-game, that can be appealed with the steps here regardless of whether or not that appears in your ban history. The ban history page only shows specific types of account actions, so certain games will not have their bans or suspensions appear there, sorry about the confusion. Please be sure to create an appeal with those steps if you haven't already done so.
