CODE:WHEEL issue on PC

Hi!

for the past month or so i have been having an issue with apex disconnecting during game with the message code:wheel. 

the issue happens randomly and i know it is not a connection issue because my internet never disconnects yet the game still glitches and disconnects me.
i don't know what to do with this issue, i would be playing a game and halfway after looting and all i get disconnected. 

please help me fix this issue
