Computer cant run game even though it meets the requirements

My PC has the requirements to play Apex Legends on high with 60 frames but it can't even run at 30 frames on the lowest setting and lowest resolution. What's happening and how do I fix it?

    I figured it out, my computer somehow made my default Intel graphics card the preferred card to use. I changed it and it works now!!

    AMD and (I think) Nvidia both issued drivers on Feb. 4th that included new Apex support.

    Perhaps some improvement.
