Congestion Apex Legends

I have been having constant congestion and packet loss recently, nothing has change network wise, my network is not congested with devices, I have 190mbps down and 15 upload. I was literally playing ...

Apologies for the delay on this. I did get the results you sent me, and I appreciate you sending them over. I also appreciate the write-up on this from @BANDWICHES. I don't have the same level of experience in the field of networking, so it was definitely a wealth of knowledge. The UO Trace is a tool that we use during troubleshooting because it can collect data in one place. I can forward up your feedback on the tool as well.

I'm afraid I can't really say for sure if there's a difference in the connection to the servers for the Winter Express event versus a standard round of Apex Legends. That's not really information that I would be able to see myself.

As far as continued troubleshooting for this, it might be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can look into this with you more in-depth. When you've got a chance I'd recommend reaching out to them through the EA Help site so they can take a look at what's been happening. If you'd prefer you can also reach out to them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

No problem, like I said I’m sure you got your hands full with other issues going on throughout the community, I appreciate the feedback and will continue on with EA Help. I’m looking forward to getting the issue resolved and back into the game, thanks for everything!
