If your PC is struggling with resources, you may want to try restarting your PC with a Clean Boot before playing.

Another helpful test might be to disable your anti-virus and see if that impacts game stability.

Yeah I have already tried a clean reboot before but it hasn't worked. I did it again after you mentioned it and still hasn't changed anything. First few games its fine, then it goes downhill. I also disabled my antivirus/firewall and first game went normal but then afterward it started to happen again. Thank you for your help but this problem still continues to persist.

My PC is a beast and it is happening while I type this message.
You cannot ask someone to play without his/her antivirus.- EA_David6 years ago

@darkzoan Aye, disabling AV would be for a very temporary, limited test. Sometimes the AV will block some aspect of a game or Origin and this can narrow in on it. It's absolutely not intended as a solution, just a way to home in on where the issue may lie.
@phantomblitz333 I wonder could there be an issue on the router side. You say you can often play for a bit, so please try playing as normal, then when you encounter the issue next, try power cycling your router and see if this has any impact. It's still quite unclear where the issue lies (networking/PC stress/other) and this might help.
Now it's possible that server side issues are a factor, but it's worth running through troubleshooting anyway, to cover any local issues.- 6 years ago
This is a big issue in the Japan servers. I play with a group of friends and it happens to all of us. It's more stable if we use another region (such as Taiwan). When stuck in the loading, we get put in the screen seen before legend selection, and about a minute later, we are on the dropship with everything frozen. We can rapidly ping around the map and teammates will see it, but we cannot see anything when not properly connected. AV off, reboots, repairs, nothing there fixed it. It only started happening about a week ago.
