Connection timed out/ Anti-Cheat not working

After playing 1 or 2 games, when I enter loading screen before character selection for the next game, it loads for a long time, then the screen just skips the whole character choosing process and I end up on the ground frozen with a very messed up HUD(with usually all the red symbols on the top right). After a few seconds, I crash and then it half the times says either connection timed out (code-net), or anti cheat is not working properly. I have tried multiple things to fix this issue. I have repaired Anti-cheat, I have repaired the game itself, I unisntalled and reinstalled the game, I flushed DNS, and I even deleted cache. I play Apex on the lowest settings possible cause I have a potato PC. After I uninstalled and reinstalled Apex, the first 4-5 games were perfectly normal, but then after it started happening again. I don't understand what is going on. Only some games go perfectly fine but the rest I just keep crashing. I don't think this is a network issue. I don't like not being there for my team and leaving them in a 2v3 or 1v2 situation. Please help me with my current situation. Thank You very much.

    I have tried the Taiwanese servers and everything seems to be OK there. 

    Ping is double the japanese value though.

    I'm also now getting is issue. I never had it before when I had the game through Origin but now that doesn't exist I have the game through steam and it does it to me whenever I try to play a match of BR but I don't get this issue when I play the new awful mixtape gamemodes. I always used to play arena when that was around and never came into a single issue other than a stutter here and there when my pc was trash tier but as soon as I upgrade and decide to try getting back into this game it kicks me out. I just wanted to have some fun with a mate who has just started playing but no because of this error I can't even do that.
