How has this issue not been fixed. I was meant to sell my laptop, so completely wiped it. Didn't sell in the end, so reinstalled Apex through Steam. Played all last night perfectly and then went to play tonight and after first game got a code leaf error and timeout *. This issue has been going on for awhile now and still no solution. Small bit of a joke when you buy a battlepass each season and struggle to play the game.
Hi,
i face the same problem. When i start APEX everything is fine. I do a speedtest in a parallel way and i get 250mbit - perfect. After the first game of Apex the bandwith goes does to 6mbit and i am not able to start a new game due to "server timeouts" during matchmaking within the loading screen for the hero selection. This is the situation during the day (west europaen time). In the evening the server timeouts do not happen - or are very very rare. I face the issue since a few days - always the same - a mess during the day and way better in the evening.

Hi,
I solved this problem. The game started and got stuck loading into the game.
1. WIN+X
2. RUN and write "msconfig"
3. Services - "Hide all Microsoft services" and now "Disable all"
4. now you must restart pc and start Origin and try play Apex
5. If it work you can gradually enable services
- Twisted-Wade4 years agoNot applicable@miczelin while gradually enabling services, did you find which service might be causing this?
- miczelin4 years agoNot applicable@Twisted-Wade no but this is my setup and it works fine, but i noticed that when i talked through discord or teamspeak, it never connected, maybe i would estimate it on the steelseries
