connection to server timed out (code:net) on main account but no issues on fresh

i am having the same issue every time I try to play apex it kicks me out and says connection to server timed out it's been happening for 2-3 weeks Plz HELP

I've just had to stop playing - it no longer works ever. Perhaps I'll drop in and check to see if it works in 6 months or so but for now - so long Apex, it was good while it worked . . .
