Was your PSN account previously linked to a different EA account?
Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not individual platforms like PSN. Progress cannot be combined across different EA accounts.
If you unlink your platform from one EA account and move it to another, the cosmetics/progress will not transfer over.
If that's the case, you would need to re-link your PSN to the original EA account to try restoring that progress. Our guides below have some additional info about this situation.
