Constant high ping (250+) on Singapore server

I have this issue where my ping is always high (constant 250+ ping) which is literally unplayable.

My internet connection appears to be perfect., and I also play other games with the Singapore server and everything is fine.
from my knowledge that this issues only happen with apex's singapore server. 

is there any solution towards my problem ?

i have tried several "gaming" VPN and does nothing, even ask my internet service provider to change my IP, and still does nothing

This issue started when s17 update.

    is it not sickening? where we as the player spend time and money on the games, especially a person like me that have less spare time and want to spend some downtime playing the games, and issues like this happen. and not a single ea representative trying to follow up on this issue. that's sad
