found a bugI play originally the game on ps4. so when i swapped to pc i did bring my ps4 controller. but the sensitivity is super low even on highest setting. i have been troubleshooting this all day and found out that if i cap my screen to 144 the game do the same, and then the controller sensitivty is normal like consoles. but if i want to have uncaped, and select 240hz in my nvidia settings, the controller sensitivity fluctates and is not working again. like before. is there a fix to this. i wanna play with uncapped and still use a controller.

its perfect with mouse and keyboard, are you insisting that we don't play with a controller? please fix this asap its crazy how lazy the devs are, It is unacceptable in todays world, even yesterdays. for issues to be COMPLETELY swept under the rug .. ☹️

OMG ive been dealing with this for months!!! I thought it was my Radeon VII, I tried a 5700 XT and had the same issue! Thank god i found this post bc i was gonna try an nvidia card next! I can not use any high FPS, sometimes i get away with using 200 but anything over that then all hell breaks loose! Ive made several post on reddit about this. I cant turn left or right at high FPS. Well i can turn but its extremely difficult. It feels like driving a car with no power steering fluid, extremely hard to turn. If this post was made in January and still no update even now then this is terrible! Im glad to see thats its just not me! I guess ill return this expensive monitor now that i know its useless!.

Hi @Skillgjii,

Are you currently running any sort of third party software for your DualShock 4? If so, can you try disabling that and repairing Apex Legends in Origin? Start the game back up and leave the third party software disabled Apex Legends should automatically work with your DualShock 4.

Let me know if you're still running into the same issues with your sensitivity afterward.

@EA_Kent i even reinstalled my whole computer and same problem, only sofware on my computer is origin apex and discord. never had any third party software for mye ps4 controller. same problem when i uncap FPS. capped my screen to 144 so the game do the same somehow??? but it works then... still sad to not have 240 when i can

Hmm, gotcha. Do you happen to have any other controllers that you could try using to test and see if the same thing still happens? I'm curious to see if you would still run into that same issue with any other controller as well.

@EA_Kent found out that if I cap the fps at 180 or lower its working. everything above 180 and the sensitivity on the right stick is broken. (to low)
seen i have tested on 3 computers, friends and my laptop. same problem. and read about it on forums.

Out of curiosity, have you tested this with a mouse and keyboard as well? Have you seen any weird mouse behavior with the frame rate uncapped?

@EA_Kent Me too same problem with my controller at higher than 144 fps very sad i can run easily 240 fps with my computer
