Could not load Bank digest file

On an Xbox. When launching the game I get the initial splash screens and then it goes to the black loading screen with the logo bottom right for mutilpe minutes before briefly showing this error and ...

    It may be worth reinstalling the game @CDub913 as it could be a case that a file has been corrupted.

Both are up to date. This started a couple days ago after the recent Apex update.
