Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions
Dear EA Support,
My EA ID is ouoi77u Steam:1583536772, email:[edit: email address removed]. I love Apex Legends deeply and have poured countless hours into this account. I swear I have never used cheats, macros or abused bugs. I believe this is an EAC false positive. Please manually check my logs and lift the ban, I really hope I can come back to this game. Thank you.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to carefully look into my case. I will be eagerly waiting for your kind reply. Thank you so much for your patience and help.
