CPU bottle necking

Fix this immediately, I buy great PC parts that cost a good amount of money, but yet still in the middle of a fight my CPU’s at 100% maxed out and my game lags the **bleep** out, anything I do in game to fix it doesn’t work, it’s not a problem on my end it’s a problem with this **bleep**ing game
