cross progress help

ok, heres the run down

EA account 1:
has a PSN Xbox Steam and twitch linked

EA account 2: 
has only a steam

account 1 is my first one and the one i want to play on, can i unlink the first ones steam and link my new steam? or will that mess things up, the steam linked to it doesnt even exist so idk how it got linked. 

to sum up; Can i link a 2nd steam account to a account that already had a steam linked prior? will this lose my skins and things

    Sadly no, you can only link one Steam Account as it creates a lifetime link to your EA Account.

    is there any fix, cus the account linked appears to be some asian account that is not mine nor did i auth it being linked. so is there anyway to get a onetime change or something?
