Cpu usage goes high in lobby

Hi , could you help me with this?

Cpu usage goes 100% whenever I change the game mode in lobby , it happens just in a moment and then goes back to normal

But It causes my cpu temperature to go higher than 80s Which makes me really worried

Goes back to 50-60c in 1-2 secs tho...
