Crash issues on the news pop-up

I need help trying to resolve this issue. I start the game all fine, press continue without trouble then the news pop-up like this and the game crashes I've tried so many things. Reinstalled th...

One last thing. When i cancel the news pop-up by click random things on the game doesn't crash, but on the menu i have very low fps, in game i play normally as if nothing is happening. Although i found a way to play i don't want to relay on this to play the game.

Hey @fosforo103,

Are you still running into the same issues when the message of the day pops up? It looks like the team had disabled that particular message a few days ago because of the crashes, so I was curious if you were still running into any problems on your side.

No, thankfully. After i "forced" the message to not pop-up my game only had the low fps menu. but yesterday, out of nowhere, the game just started to working right. No frame drops, no sudden crashes, all good.

@EA_Kent I am currently having this issue, and no matter what i try the issue wont go away, the most i can do is attempt to go into either a match or select one and then the game completely freezes.

  Can you close the game, then go to c:\users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex, and delete the Asset file. Then check if the issue persists when you start the game again.
