Crash when try to open friend list or invite friend [steam]

Hey, @V0NKEKW make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

i've got the same problem . and i dunoo why . 

i just instaled the latest nvidia driver 461.09 

and also when i jump in the game and play for a bit it crashez , the funny thing is that it doesn't show any error when i close the game 

I've found a solution. You can add friends through the Steam overlay by pressing Shift+Tab. This allows you invite people in-game. This only works for Steam users leaving people on the original Origin platform in the dust. Switch over to Steam and don't touch the friends list button. Then you should be safe from crashing aside from any other in-game crashes. Hope this helps ya'll people.

but if u still manage to hit the bottom right side of the screen in game while playing it still crashez for me , that area is doomed :D :D Ty apex legends 

I am on the EA app and it happens as well on F1 23. And it looks like it's completely random. Today there was a patch, after that I managed to open the friends tab once without issues. Now it crashed again twice in a row. Come one EA and Codies fix this
