Crash when try to open friend list or invite friend [steam]

this start to happen after todays patch btw. cant invite or join others when i try to hit (+) button next to my name it crashes

i've got the same problem . and i dunoo why .

i just instaled the latest nvidia driver 461.09

and also when i jump in the game and play for a bit it crashez , the funny thing is that it doesn't show any error when i close the game
