Crash without error message

The program r5apex_dx12.exe version 1.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

I only found this, its crashing for like 2 weeks now and its getting really anoying pls help 

I tried to fix it with the help of like 6 years old forum but after some DxDiag file it went silent.
