Crashing after title screen, error code 0xc0000005

Having an issue where one day, seemingly out of the blue, my game crashed and any subsequent attempts to get past the title screen resulted in a crash without seeing the main menu. I have tried just ...

Good news! I found the source of my issues. Bad news! It's the gpu.
In testing every piece of hardware (this started popping up in other games) it looks like my VRAM in my GPU is bust.

try a fixed frequency at a set voltage in ryzen master like 3.8ghz at 1.2v

Tried with with a few voltages/frequencies with no success.

Some other things I've tried in the meantime -

Flashing Bios

Adjusting Page File

Motherboard drivers and Motherboard flash with latest bios

taking out the gpu and putting it back in
