CRASHING ALL THE TIME PS4
Since season 3 came out I've played maybe ten games a day last 3 days been blue screened prolly 5 6 times and just errored out prolly 4 times like mid game just boom gone main menu like FIXXXXXXXXXX THE GAME

Boot your console in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:
