Crashing To Black Screen, PC Locked Up

UPDATE: Now this thing is crashing to a black screen at the beginning as I enter a game. The only way out is to reboot the PC. I have repeatedly updated NVidia drivers - several different ones, as well as reinstalled/repaired the game.
Did an Intel diagnostic on CPU and another diagnostic on GPU - that and memory test good. Did scannow and verify at prompt for Windows files integrity and checked out fine.
The only thing I've found is under system conflicts, the I/O port number for Intel PEG and GPU were the same. I disabled Intel PEG, and nothing worked.
Outside of this game, my PC is performing flawlessly.
