Critical bug that's affects my day 1 acc
I've got cross prog. early, pretty much with the launch of the new season.
I then went ahead and connected all my apex accounts on my ea.com account with my main acc. My main with 17k games played, 2 heirlooms and over 350 gold skins. A secondary account on my Xbox one x with a couple hundred games. And a Switch account that I literally only played once. And also a twitch account.
So now to the fatal bug, I'm now perna banned and the ea support refuses to help me at all and this is what happened after connecting to cross prog.
After I connected it was all fine first, I mainly played on my main acc on PS5 and I think like twice on Xbox just to check if it works.
And everything was fine first but then after a day or so, I continuesly got the error code "Code:tap" in every other game and got disconnected. It was really frustrating. And then the new update came for season 19 and after that update my issue was resolved, no more code:tap error. In continued to only play on PS5, the only positive thing I got from cross prog. was a couple of left over legend tokens to unlock new castle which I didn't have on my main at the time.
Well shortly after I ran into an issue, queue got stuck at 1 player... So I wondered, might be another bug maybe? 2 days later I still got stuck at 1, then I went into my ea.com account just to find out I was perma bannend without a reason.
Obviously I did not cheat or anything, I'm on console, I play since day 1 with this account and NEVER had I have any issues.
Only after connecting all accs it started. It's literally not my fault. And the frustrating part here is that the ea support absolutely refuses to help me, they claim I violated their terms somehow, won't even tell me why and after 3 emails back and forth they told me the case is now closed for good. My heart is broken, this account means the world to me, I gave a TikTok account with it with over 250.000 followers and I really don't wanna be the person to say "hey look ea releases the most broken stuff ever" but they're actually forcing me into it now. I love apex but this is just so unfair, the account is not only worth hundreds of dollars but also has so many memories attached to it. No clear headed men would even consider cheating with it, I don't even use voice chat in game, never...
So the only possible reason left for my Perma Ban is a big with cross prog.
And the weird part is, I read about a lot of people who also have a similar issue but it only affects one of their platforms, for me it's every single platform, all stuck at 1 player in Queue. And ea.com says yea your apex account I permanently banned.
Look, I know this isn't the forum for discussions about bans. But I can't find any help with the ea support, I even tried reaching out to Conor Ford on Twitter, unfortunately without any luck so far. got in contact with the streamer Diegosaurs on Twitter since he follows me because of my apex TikTok acc. but unfortunately he can't find a good solution.
What other options do I have left to get help with my unrightful ban, or should I say EA robbing me out of hundreds of dollars that I've spend, because that's whats pretty much happening here.
Cross prog. is highly bugged, please wait with connecting to it for at least a couple more month or else you risk your day 1 account like me and end up with a support that refuses to help.
Maybe someone here can give me new ideas or a contact to respawn devs? Anything that gets this right...
