Cross play account linkage trouble

I liked my steam account with my EA account that is liked to my old Xbox accounts but instead of giving me my most leveled account it sent to a level 3 account even though both my other accounts with...

    Hey @FlowerxPower,

    This happened because your content and progress are stored on the EA account, not individual platforms.

    Different EA accounts cannot be merged together. If you unlink a platform from one, it will lose the progress that was earned on the original EA account since it's no longer attached.

    To restore that progress you would need to re-link your Steam account to its original EA account.

    If you're running into any trouble with that re-linking process you can contact support so they can take a look at the account.

Also in the help resources how do I get to the chat with us button because it only shows me the contact email.
