cross progression apex issue

When my Xbox and PC accounts merged in Apex Legends, I only received those old pack skins, and not all of my other skins. Did this happen to anyone else, and did you get the rest of your skins back? ...

To confirm which platforms progress and skins are you missing? (Xbox or PC?)

Also to confirm was either account previously linked to a different EA account?

@EA_Illium I am missing my Xbox skins, all my PC skins stayed. I also have no knowledge of either account being connected to a different EA account. This is my only EA account.
