Cross progression apex

Hey @JustYourself551,

Progress is stored at the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

If you have progress on two separate EA Accounts, there is not a way to combine or merge that progress together I'm afraid.

For example if you unlinked your Xbox profile from its EA Account and linked it to the EA Account that already has your PSN profile, you would lose access to any progress made on Xbox. You would be able to access the progress already there from your PSN account, but none of the earlier Xbox progress would carry over.

Alright I see how it works now, thank you for the info, I do have one more question, if I made a new Xbox account and linked it to the psn ea account, I should still have access to my main Xbox account, while my new one has the data from the psn with no lose to the account because it’s a new one with no data
and to restate, both of my psn accounts have merged items (like in the forums), so as long as I have one of the psn accounts connected to my new Xbox account, both the psn accounts and the new Xbox account should have the same items and things

  Just to be clarify, did you mean both EA Accounts in the last part of your post, or do you have two separate PSN accounts as well?
  
  Let's say you have this situation:
  
  EA Account 1: Xbox account, Xbox progress
  
  EA Account 2: PSN account, PSN progress
  
  If you make a new Xbox account, you'll be able to attach it to that second EA Account and it will have access to that progress, yes.
  
  EA Account 1: Xbox account, Xbox progress
  
  EA Account 2: PSN account, new Xbox account, PSN progress
