cross progression busted

help ☹️ i cross progressed my switch acct, which I've had since day 1 apex launch, and my new acct i made on my PC, and it reset my level to level 6, which was my new acct on my pc level and deleted all my skins and unlocked legends, its even level 6 and no skins on my switch now too. Idk what i did wrong but im so sad i sunk a lot of money on skins into that account and now its just gone. I keep re- opening a case with EA but they keep closing it and saying its been resolved... it hasnt. I have screenshots of my old acct on my switch as proof lol

  • Hey @mongomcbongo,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

You would need to re-link your Switch to its original EA Account to try recovering access to those cosmetics. If you're wanting to then access those cosmetics on PC, you would need to log in on PC using that original EA Account rather than the new one that's been recently created.

If you're having any trouble with that process, you can contact support directly to see if they have any other options to help re-link an account. They wouldn't be able to restore anything separately in this case, so it would just be a matter of trying to re-link the original accounts
