cross progression glitch?
played on xbox since it was slightly convenient for me and when I went back to play on my playstation(my main console) it keeps telling me that its logged in on another device which isnt true cause I logged off l, closed app and turned the xbox off and then it tells me my account isnt permitted to play online. I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this issue or how to fix it

This can pop up if you're switching platforms on the same account within a short amount of time, sorry for the trouble.
We're looking into ways to reduce that timeframe in the future, but for the time being it's just a matter of waiting a bit longer before trying to log back in on a different platform I'm afraid.
