Cross Progression Help
Hopefully I'm not too late in posting this but I really need some cross progression help.
I started playing apex on my Xbox probably about 6 yrs ago now, leveled up, got good loot, even boot stuff. Lost interest in playing on xbox and decided to move to PC. Realizing I would have to start over, I didn't make much of an attempt to play because I had heard about the possibility of cross progression. Now that its happened this season, I was super excited to finally be able to play apex on my PC now. Waited patiently for my notification for cross progression to pop without touching anything account wise/ea acc wise.
Fast forward to maybe 3-4 weeks ago.. I received the message. but didn't seem to be a prompt. Basically just told me that cross progression was now live, didn't show any stuff or level or w/e that would be cross progressed to my PC acc. At the bottom of the prompt said hit space to continue and that it would take several minutes. Hit space, waited for probably close to an hr and nothing.
If i could get some proper troubleshooting from you guys that would be appreciated, I don't want to take some youtube video info and advice on what to do and totally lose everything I worked up to. Thanks!

Just looking over this EA account, it doesn't appear you have an Xbox profile linked at all.
Since you mentioned playing on Xbox in the past, that seems to have been on a different EA account entirely.
Because of that however, I'm afraid there is not a way to combine or transfer the progress as these are on separate accounts.
Cross Progression allows you to access the content on an EA account with any platforms connected to the same account, but cannot be used to bring content over from a different account entirely, sorry.
