ItzSilentKatana Since day 1 of Apex, an EA Account was, (and still is), required to be linked to the platform account in order to play Apex on that platform.
When Cross Progression was rolled out to players, every platform account linked to the same EA Account had its Apex progress and data merged with the EA Account's into one singular progression.
That one singular progression was tied to the EA Account it was stored on, (which means that it cannot be transferred, (or merged), to another EA Account).
That being said, if you had unlinked your PlayStation Account from an EA Account to then link your PlayStation Account to another EA Account, that won't transfer, (or merge), any of your Apex progress and data.
