@EA_Mako Oooh I remember now, but I believe I only did that because the progress was not showing in the first place. I still see my account progress on third party websites and I have friends added on my EA account, just not in game. Is there a definite way to know is all my progress is deleted?
Community ManagerI'm afraid if your accounts have been re-linked and you're on the original EA Account where the progress was earned but still aren't seeing that progress, that would be the definitive way.
Have you played fairly consistently since January, or did you take a break and are just returning?
Community ManagerI'm having the same issue where I talked to the ea help and also a staff worker and they said it would be fixed but I've just been set as a level 1 with no gear or anything at all even though I spent so much money on this game and had unlocked so many skins and heirlooms.
I took a break as my pc broke so I got an xbox and have just recently tried to play again and link and nothing's coming back to my account and I don't know what's going on.

Was there another email or account you may have used in the past? If you don't recall or no longer have access to another account, it would be best to contact support so they can help try to track that down. However, this account does not have any notable progress or heirlooms.
