Cross Progression not working
CROSS PROGRESSION NOT WORKING (from PSN)
Hello,
I have a problem with the Cross Progression between my Steam/EA Account and my PSN Account.
I used to play very much on my PSN Account some years ago, now my Playsetation ist not working anymore, so I want to play on PC now. Since Cross Progression is working now, I wanted to log in on EA and start the game, but the game only told me I ve linked my Switch and STeam account with EA, but this is not true, as you have seen in my Pictures below. It also did not work on the other EA Account so Ive changed the EA account. Now both of them are not working. You cant be serious that Ive lost my entire playstats and money ive spend on the PSN account cuz of a bug, that did not show me that Iam linked to that account?
Please help me, Im texting via Mail between the support for 2 weeks and nothing is helping. Now they told me to communicate with the live chat, which is not available or something? I cant find it. please help me asap im frustrasted.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
While your PSN account is connected now, it looks like that was done very recently. Since you played on PlayStation in the past, that must have been under a different EA account.
You would need to re-link the PSN to its original EA account to try restoring access to that progress, though as the progress was made on two separate EA accounts, it won't be possible to combine or transfer that to a single account I'm afraid.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
