You've probably unlinked your platform account from your EA account, which usually resets your progress. 

There is currently no way to merge two separate EA accounts together. If you unlink any of your platform accounts from your EA account, it will reset your account. There is a warning you need to accept before completing these steps, and we have it explained here on our website. Account Unlinking Risks

*If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.
