Cross progression

It won't let me use cross progression cuz I have to ea accounts how do I fix it?

To confirm is this in terms of Apex Legends Cross Progression?

If so, the way Cross Progression (for Apex) works, is that our system will look at all of the platform accounts tied to a single EA account. It will then select the highest level account as the new main account and will then proceed to merge eligible progress/items to that account.

From there, you will be able to access the progress and items from each connected platform account that is tied to the single EA account.

If you have 2 platform accounts, in this case, PlayStation and Xbox, and both are tied to 2 separate EA accounts you will not be able to have their content merged. This is because progress and items are stored at the EA account level and not the platform account.

From here you would need to decide if you wish to keep the Platform accounts separate, this will allow you to preserve all progress and items you've unlocked but keep in mind they are stored separately.

Or you can decide which one you would like to unlink from its EA account, to link to the other EA account. Keep in mind this would lose the progress/items of the unlinked platform (as it will be kept on the EA account). However, you would then be able to use both platforms going forward with cross-progression and accessing the same eligible content on both platforms.

The content both would share would be from whichever platform was not unlinked.

So how would I go about putting my PlayStation account onto my Xbox?
