cross-progression
I asked this question in Japanese before.
Cross-progression is taking place in Apex, and on 11/29 my PC version of Apex also had a screen that said "Cross-progression is now available". However, after more than a week, no cross progression has been made. Also, the PS4 version of Apex that was linked was merged with the PC version, but the data from the PS4 Apex was completely gone, as if it had been overwritten and saved.
How can I successfully cross-progress and get my skins, coins and data back? Please respond.

It looks like your PS4 account was previously linked to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account, not the individual platforms like PS4. When you moved your PS4 to the current EA account, all its progress was left on the older EA account.
Progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another, so if you're trying to recover your PS4 progress you will need to re-link your PS4 to the original EA account as outlined in the steps below.

If you're unable to re-link your accounts, you will need to speak with our support team.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
