Hi @CitrusBandit13,
Have you checked to see if cross-play is enabled under the Xbox Privacy settings for that particular account? In addition to the Child Account Family Settings there's another place where you can enable/disable cross-play as well. To see if it's enabled follow the steps below:
- Go to your Xbox settings
- Scroll to Account and click on Privacy and Online Safety
- Click on Xbox Live Privacy
- Click on View Details and Customise
- Click on Communications and Multiplayer
- Change "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live" to unblock.
Let me know if you're still running into the same issues with the Child Account afterward. Thanks!

I changed all Xbox family settings to unrestricted/adult, ensured Xbox settings crossplay is enabled and can add friends (he already plays crossplay with PS4 players in other games too...). Then only thing I can find that looks fishy is that the crossplay enable/disable is greyed out.
So far we've gotten PC + Xbox Adult account working, but not PC + Xbox Child account.

Hmmm, got it. Just to make doubly sure, you checked and made sure the Child account isn't connected to the same EA Account as your own Xbox account?

Yes, thanks for the responses... I even went so far as to create a NEW Origin account on PC and try adding the Xbox Child Account... Still having issues.
The XBox Child account can see PS4 players when playing a match, but our friend requests won't go through.- EA_Kent5 years ago
