Hi @Anamechicken,

Just to confirm, did you make sure to shut down and restart Apex Legends after you changed the cross-play settings on your account?

I have the same problem I disabled cross play on my xbox one s restarted it turned it back on restarted it and I'm still unable to play apex with my friend ons ps5
