CTD after S12 update. Mem violation?

Hi I'm new 🙂 Since the Season 12 update, Apex Legends crashes to desktop (CTD) with no error codes. I'm just playing ranked as Revenant and it crashes suddenly. Happens approximately every 2 hours...

Hi.

I have the same issue.

Based on the dump obtained by crashpad I can assume that it is a simple nullptr issue.

Reg rcx was null when this instruction executed mov word ptr [rcx+38h],dx

And I see NULL_CLASS_PTR_WRITE in all dumps provided by other people.

So we can say that rcx must have contained a pointer to the class.

It is certain that it has nothing to do with overclocking.

Is this something we can fix ourselves for the time being? I'm not sure what this means.

    Amen to that! It would be nice if they did. I am quite hesitant to play ranked with this issue still ongoing. (Slowly climbing out of silver, thanks randoms <3).
