CTD after S12 update. Mem violation?

Hi I'm new 🙂 Since the Season 12 update, Apex Legends crashes to desktop (CTD) with no error codes. I'm just playing ranked as Revenant and it crashes suddenly. Happens approximately every 2 hours...

Same issue here. At first I thought it was my memory being unstable so I ran memtest86 and it came back with no errors. It's the only game that does this. It's happened only one time, and I analyzed the .dmp file it generates which shows:

(2658.8b8): Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)

Specs:

Amd 5600x

GIGABYTE Vision OC 3070 ti

32 GB 360p Mhz

1000W PSU

Also getting crashes. Ever since Control was removed I've been playing BR and I crash multiple times a session. Really aggravating. Tried reducing VRAM usage and increasing and it doesn't seem to fix it.

You are not alone, OmniBallistix. The crashing started this patch, the same patch they removed control. At least for me it did. I know other people were crashing at the season opener. But not me. My game was 100% rock solid stable with no crashes to desktop whatsoever from season 12 opening up to this patch. This always happens with hotfix patches midseason, I have a crash-free apex experience up until they "address" crashing with a hotfix like this one. Then the game goes completely haywire with random errorless crashes to desktop. And apex is the only game that ever crashes.

  Started to me yesterday. Every third match. My game never crashed before like this. Other games run okay.
