Custom Reticle Breaks Game

I'm on PC, and if I leave the same custom argument in steam to change my reticle color, the game will not launch. 

This has been since the latest patch (june 21 update).

No error logs generated or codes thrown that I can see in my Documents folder or when it fails to launch.  Just fails to get past the initial loading bar with easy anti cheat.

Luckily removing the custom reticle fixed the issue.
