Damage requirement met, but no badge

Me and my friend i was playing with both met the requirement for the different damage badges several times, but never once got we any of the damage badges. We got other badges such as apex predator and jumpmaster etc. But never the damage badge. We thought it might have been a one-time glitch with him. But then it kept happening, and we thought it is only some glitch with him. But then i got 2k+ damage on a new legend and i got all the other badges, except the 2k damage badge.

It was the first time i got over 2000 damage with a legend, and i would very much like my badge!

    @Maxpax05 From what I know of, pubs right now is considered an LTM due to there being Rift Relics, although I had thought all badges couldn't be earned in the mode.

    So, this is clearly a bug with the badge itself. Do know that the badge only unlocks for the legend you were playing as and not for anyone else as each legend has their own damage and kill badges. (Its the same requirements to unlock, its just tied to that legend).

    We were playing normal duos. And what do you mean with pubs and LTM.

    And yes i am aware of the fact that it is only meant to be unlocked with that specific legend. I had no damage badge before, and none after.

    @Maxpax05 Have you noticed that on the map, purple Apex pack icons are spawning? Those are the Rift Packs that drop the Rift Relics. Its only active in pubs Trios and Duos.

    @Maxpax05 In LTMs, badges are usually unobtainable.

    Those Rift Packs makes the mode be more of an LTM since they're not part of pubs. However, I wish badges were unlockable in this version of pubs. It doesn't make too much sense to keep them locked.
